I had heard about the THP before I moved to Houston but I certainly wasn't expecting this.

If we're going to have a get together in 2008 I'm telling you right now I'm voting for anywhere but Texas. I don't want to be greeted at the state line by that thing!!

I vote for Texas. Using California for instance, It takes us Houstonians much longer to get to California than it does for a Californian to get to Texas.
If we drive from Houston to LA. When we get half way there we'll still be in Texas. ;D ;D
