Well, this is what a beautiful GT/CS looks like after being backed out of the garage with the door open.

The hinges are pretty messed up, the entire door is off alignment, and its been bent inwards, as well as forward nearest the hinge.

My car idle's pretty fast, and I let my foot off the brake and wasn't exactly prepared for it to jump back as quickly as it did. Guess next time I'll be more aware as to how fast its idling.

Ouch! Sorry to see that, Brad. Hopefully it won't cost you too much to fix it.

DAMN, I feel your pain.
Folds in the metal like that are hard to repair correctly.
A lesson for all of us.
Good luck

Yeah, that's a lot of money. Of course, with the condition the rest of the paint is in (looks great) you pretty much have to go that route.

Brad,
I too have been there, but it was with a 57 Ford truck and the dent in the door only added to the history.

Good to hear I'm not the only one, my dad did it too! It's just a bummer b/c that money could have been better spent.
