It has been 5 years since 9/11. Can't believe it went by so fast.

There are many memorial services today in my area and the surrounding areas for the victims of the terrorist attack and their families. I was wondering if other states were partaking in services to mark the 5 year anniversary.

Just curious how the rest of America was remembering this day.

At my work several of us have been reflecting throughout the day on the 9/11 events ... yeah, it's amazing how time flies, it almost seemed like yesterday ... we also have a TV in our cafeteria and it's been showing many different memorial services throughout the day ... God bless the victims and families, the troops overseas and at home with security ... and finally, God bless the USA!!!

Lots and lots of memorial services here in California today......
