...He does have a "Marty" and has disclosed alot of other mods. Not one for the collector per se, but a nice driver perhaps... :-)

Horse on the fender- I've seen this quite a bit on CSs

I suspect these are replacement fenders that have the holes for the running pony and bars pre-punched on the sheet metal. And people (maybe the body shop way back when) decide that rather than fill in the holes, it's easier to get the emblem and cover it that way.
