hello,
I am rebuilding my engine (by a good friend) and cleaning the engine bay. Does anyone have sugestions for me, please let me know.

You call that dirty?
Try doing keyword search using the "Search" function. There are plenty of discussions points from high pressure, using flammable materials, bead blasting, to coating with POR15 protectant.
Looking at your picture I would order a burger fries and coke and eat off that engine bay as is. :wink:

I agree!! That engine bay looks clean!!
I prefer the PPG product Acryli-Clean DX-330. It is ok on any paint surface. It removes grease, wax, and tar. Leaves a paintable, clean surface. It does strip off any wax on your paint, so if you get it on the fender or hood, it will not hurt it, but you will need to rewax.
