There is a CS for sale on the "other site" that has been mentioned before. It is the blue CS with the non-original fog lights.

When I spoke with the gentleman, he assures me that they must have been changed and were original at once(whatever).

Could a CA special have been sold in Seattle as mentioned above (DSO 74) or did all CS have to be sold from a Ca DSO?

The CS was sold in the Seattle district, after about 3-4 months of sales, Ford was not selling as many as they had hoped for in the two CA districts so they opened up the districts they sold from to include Washington. They actually went as far east as Texas and Oklahoma (although not very many).

GTCS cars were also sold in Canada. Many were sold in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta.
I have personaly bought 4 such cars with DSOs of B6 and B7

The CS that my brother and I are rebuilding was delivered to Kansas City.
