Most of the parts are the same ones - don't recall if ALL the pulleys are the same ones

That is a huge question. Vacuum? Hood? Shaker? Scoop?

Lots of stuff to have a functional shaker or cold air scoop on one of these cars! Very expensive for NOS stuff. Some of it is reproduced.

I just saw a quick pic of Bob Teets 428 HCS and it had a scoop, so my question is answered.
