they are not as hard to build as they look.

We have an example of a deluxe door panel that someone manufactured for their Cougar in the yard.

Someone even went to the trouble to make a matching door handle and lock.:grin: No winder though, watch for splinters.

Seriously, the owner drove it that way for 6 months.

I love the latching mechanism.

This was a 1969 XR7 convertible, S code (390-4V) with speed control.

You can tell that one is from the west cost where it is warm the latch is on the out side!
