I have a lead on a '68 GT/CS with 390, 4 barrel and 4 speed. I was wondering how rare this setup is. Does anyone know the ratio of 289's vs 302's vs 390's? Also, what about auto vs manual transmissions?

what about 428 also?

I believe that the 390/4spd cars number is 111.

About 85% of the GT/CS cars were the 289/302 type.

As for 428, someone had that figured out--I think it was about 10 cars--more as HCS cars, tho'

Remember--at least 60% of these cars are "just gone from" 25 years of attrition.
