I'm not sure what those are. They don't look like the normal black cardboard filler panels you see that go on the driver's side. The trunk shouldn't be painted black either. It should be body color.

trunk space fillers

The replacements on the market today are a natural colored masonite type material, and that's probably what that one is. Not sure why it's sideways on the passenger side, but sometimes people aren't sure what to do with those and it's not really intuitive that only the driver's side gets one.
