Looks like a very good candidate to re-do, but not @ $10.5K:
$10K paint & body
$ 700 interior
$ 130 dashpad
$1,300 air cond upgrade
$ 450 PB drum booster
$ ?? any engine, trans, radiator issues
$ ?? any unknown issues + misc parts
This would total out @ $23K+ plus any unknown issues, and a LOT of work.
But, It does look like a very good candidate for the right person at the right price.
