Does this include the HCS's? The reason I ask is I see that there are 8 R codes listed and I thought there are only 3 GT/CS R codes?

Yes, it includes 141 DSO 51 cars.

Here's the Marti Report for that car. It is also one of the 24 that may be an early GT/CS not if Ford's database.

The Local Promotion car 8R01C150282 precedes "DSO outside of California production".
We could surmise that this car was one of those GT/CS's used to market the GT/CS in the greater Seattle, Washington area. It has a late release date as noted on the Marti.
