I see that a lot, and don't get it either. Many times I have wanted to bid on an item and get stopped dead in my tracks...:sad:

You can always arrange to have it shipped to a friend in the US. or to a US shipping outlet just across the line. This is quite common, for Cdn's to run across the line and pick up, usually located on the US side at most border crossings. Little tougher for guys like our friend Steve here who lives on an Island.
