Looks like a standard '68 coupe to me: No CS decklid, no side scoops.
I wonder what the seller is basing his description on.

The seller does not claim its a CS, only a "Mustang California" and it was built in San Jose. I think he is stressing it's a Cali car and not from the rust belt.

The seller changed the ad. The original said it was a California Special.
