My horn on my car quit working, recently, i took off the steering wheel and found a broken contact for horn. I repaired that , now my turn signals, brake lights, and radio do not work. when i put back on steering wheel. when i remove steering wheel, it all works, so does the power go thru a relay switch and resets? i must have a short in the turn signal switch? any ideas? Thx

Power for the horn does indeed go THRU the TS switch. It appears that something is shorting when you install the steering wheel. There is a circuit breaker in the circuit, that is obviously tripping due to the short when the steering wheel is installed. With the steering wheel removed, the circuit breaker resets, and everything now works.
I would guess that whatever repair you did to the horn contacts is causing the short. Can you post a photo of the TS switch with the steering wheel removed?

It is time for a new switch. Do a search on this site for turn signal switch. There has been many threads on this.
