ok, so I am walking down the street of this German city when all of a sudden from a great distance I hear a sound native to North America. It was unmistakeable....

Most European cars zoom along and you can't hear nary a sound except for a horn honking every now and then. Well, this sound put a smile of my face as a 1970 Chrysler 300 rumbled by. I didn't imagine such a long car (19' or so) would even fit over here with such tight spaces and all....
Anyway, it put a smile on my face.

You are in Germany?? Wow! There are many, many North American cars in Europe. You might be surprised at just how many have been shipped over there over the years. Lots of servicemen took Mustangs over while they were stationed in various countries and then sold the cars rather than bringing them home. I had a couple of guys looking at a Mustang I sold years ago that were buying up cars to take back over for sale.

Nothing like the sound of an American V8. There should be a number of Mustangs in Germany, called "T5" of course.
