luggage rack

Was this an option for the '68? Also, was the same rack used in older model HCS' (66,67)
Trying to determine if a seller's luggage rack (billed as a '65) is the same one that could have been installed on a '68?

IIRC, the luggage racks are generic.
I would not install one on a '68 GT/CS as I think it would detract from the decklid shape/design. (But that's just me.)

I agree with Neil. Not to mention the structual integrity of 65-66's vice 68 H/CS decklids.
