Wanted 68 Vacuum Release Valve - Tilt / Tilt Away

I am looking for a Vacuum Release Valve for a 68 Tilt / Tilt Away column. I have a release valve for the 69 but apparently the orientation of the vacuum lines are pointing the opposite direction on a 69. I believe the correct PN for the 68 is C7ZZ-3D536-B.

That is a very hard part to find and cost many $$$. I have taken them apart and changed the direction. and worked fine.

wow... Thanks Marty for the info. Otherwise I was thinking about a few elbows and longer hose to see if it work.
