Given that a California car, one-owner, unmolested, low/mid mileage GT/CS recently sold for ~$18K in the LA area, $15K for a car in this condition seems expensive... if it was an S-code, maybe...

I agree 100% ...the other project posted here by Arlie is a cheaper option and both are C -code GT/CS
