1968 Engine Project complete

Finally finished up my complete engine re-build. Also had the transmission rebuilt as well as adding new exhaust.

Re-built 289 with standard parts nothing fancy
New Holley 350CFM carb with electronic choke
Re-built C4 transmission
Painted and detailed engine compartment
New radiator
New master cylinder
Complete exhaust system (Installed by Kustom Classics in Ft Worth)


This was a fun and challenging project for someone who has never built an engine from the block up. Learned many many many things and have a new appreciation for what goes on when you turn that key. I hope this brings a new level of reliability and joy to an already awesome car.

I have just a few little items to finish up but she is running great and even cool in the hot Texas summer!
