1968 fog lights circuit

Just installed some new lucas lights from england (thx Bob Teets for the tip) i went to put them on nothing. tail lights come on checked for power at plugs at fog lights nothing there, i have power at fog light switch, could it be circuit breaker? thx: ps i do not have instrument cluster in right now, could that also creating problem?

Did you bench test the lights to see if they work before installing?

The fog circuit is pretty much a one wire affair, so not much to go wrong... and yes, it could be the breaker, remove it from the circuit and just test the lights by bypassing to see if it is bad...

Found problem previous owner put in a 20 amp inline fuse under dash, that blew, gottaa love crawling under these dashes lolol
