I'm in the process of installing the correct heater water control valve for a factory A/C configuration. Does anyone have a photo or drawing of the correct water hose routing for this config? The shop manual's no help. (289/302 should be identical)

Hi Neil,

For some reason, the Ford book only shows this for '67 Mustang. They tend to do that if it's the same for the following year.

I included hose routing diagrams for the 289 and 390.

Let me know if this is what you need. If not, I'll keep looking for you.

Paul N.

Perfecto!! Thanks Paul. The '67 & '68' small blocks are identical. (I have the new 90 degree hose from the valve to the heater core coming from NPD.)

It's the least I can do for you, Neil.

I'm glad I can help.

Paul.
