Blurry Marti Report

Can any of you figure out the VIN on this one?
I think I know what it is but would like others to verify it without being influenced.

I think I found it. C143608 is optioned exactly like this one. Built on the same day, etc.

That was the number I saw on the Marti before looking at responses
