Infrared Thermometers

Do any of you have recommendations for an accurate infrared thermometer? They run from $10 to $140.

I bought this one a couple of years ago for my son's science fair project. He tested it against at least 3 thermometers we had in the house (oven, meat, AC) and it was within 3-4 degrees of them.
