A Good Day To Go To Work...

The local Hertz guy in Boston came to visit me with the usual assortment of cookies and junk to eat but brought something even better today! I never drove a Shelby before and I don't think that smile will come off my face. Yep, my best lunch hour ever!

    Beauty Rims

I tried that option and found they were much too thin for the Ford rim. After I called the supplier, they are designed to go with the aftermarket chrome GT wheel. I am still looking for 3 NOS rings.

How to -diff between orig and repro bumpers

Well, I guess I should have said "many" years ago there was an article in Mustang Monthly. The article was in April 1998. The three bumpers compared were: KSR, Nordan and orignal Ford(which was still available then).Mark Houlahan wrote the story and this summarizes his findings: KSR was the only...

How to -diff between orig and repro bumpers

I believe Mustang Monthly had run a article a few years back where they compared aftermarket to Ford. Nordan was the best aftermarket and I believe they found their chrome finish to be superior to that of the N.O.S Perhaps I can track down the article if you like.

CS Prices--Calm after the Storm? >>BJ

It seems Michigan always beats B.U. or B.C in NCAA hockey. I really like the color combo of your car. I have never seen the parchment top on a CS. As far as the prices go, it's kinda like real estate, they are not making anymore so it won't get any cheaper. About 10 years ago, I turned down a...

CS Prices--Calm after the Storm? >>BJ

85 sounds nice, and I spent the day breaking up ice on the lake for fun in 30 degrees, maybe 60 by next weekend. I should be driving in shorts and a t-shirt then. Texas does look like a real nice place to live.

    2007 GT/CS Photos

I have a hard time relating the new model to the old. It does not have the same identifying features. Take off the GT/CS graphics from the new model and it would appear to be a slightly modified coupe. I find it very disappointing.

    Red J-Code

Thanks for sticking up for Lime Gold, 10 years ago I would have painted it Acapulco Blue but could not afford it. Having no money can be a good thing....

    Last Minute Jitters--What Say You?

The matching number is not as critical as say, a Corvette, where the orignial motor really enhances the value. My car was missing the orignal J code 302 when I bought it. One week after buying the car, the 289 blew up and I found a 72 Grabber Maverick 302 to replace it. After 17 years, this...

    What Dealership Sold Your Car

If I had two I would give you one. I found both CA plates in the garage but only 1 frame. I used to keep the CA plate on the fropnt of the car with my MA plate on the back until a nice policeman made me go remove it in the middle of the highway and promise never to do it again. If something ever...
