    1968 Shock color

    Can anyone tell me what color the shocks should be on my Special. In the new recognition guide on page 155 it shows them to be black, but I think that is for the 9" rear end. When I looked in the NPD catalog it shows they are red. The ones I took off were red but just want to make sure. Thanks...
