Lucas fog lights

I have seen different lenses that say ENGLAND, Made in England, and Foreign Glass. Which ones are the correct glass lenses. Also, the ones that are on my car have a black o-ring grommet instead of the gray grommet. My plastic covers have the round hole instead if the square hole. Which cover is the correct one. My understanding is that the correct ones say just England on the glass and have the small black grommet. This is what is on my car. I recently purchased a set that is the same as the ones on the car except they have a gray grommet. I understand that the gt/cs and the 68,69,and 70 Shelby's came with these lights. Are the lights that say anything but England and have Gray grommets re-pops or for different year cars. Thanks for any help.

To be correct, they should just say "England" on them. Driving lights are obviously "clear" and the correct fog variant, should have the lines within the glass.

as for the correct plastic covers, the answer is neither. The CS did not come with covers, but if you are looking for period correct covers I believe it should be the ones with the small hole in them.

Also concerning the grommets where the wire enters the housing, they should be the small black grommet.

There are two types of covers that are period correct. The ones shown above are period correct, while the other type that are acceptable are the 'sight lens' offset to the right, with Lucas in blue on the lower left.
