1968 Are these the correct seat belts?

Unless they are shoulder belts?

The male piece is too short for the shoulder harness. The set is (or could be) for the rear seat.

Are deluxe belts exactly the same as standard belts except with chrome trim?
In other words is it possible to add chrome trim to standard belts?

same belts with chrome bezels,scott drake makes a nice reproduction from npd,they just snap in,68 and 69 seat belts are the same,hope this helps.
