1968 Fog Light Recall notice

Hi,

Anyone would have the Marchall Fog Light recall notice from Ford Mkgt Corp, sent to GT/CS owner on March 29th, 1968 and subsequently on August 24th 1970. I would like to have a copy of both of these letters.
