Marti Report states that only 2 were made like this and they were twins ordered by the same dealer - Honolulu Ford. Car was found rusting away in San Diego. Car is a factory heater delete car which of course is not needed in Hawaii. I went to Honolulu to do some research on the car and was told that the buyer received a $35 rebate if they ordered the car without the heater.
