The tape (the sticky part) is gray in color. Since you're gonna put it on the car itself, I would trim the tape over the larger letters on the back of the emblem.

He has those letters placed in the rear and MUSTANG in the front. Then you can
see how it looks on his gas tank side also.

Nice mustang--where did you get the "California Special" on the trunk lid? Also, what is the emblem or decal on the hood scoop?

Made my own "California Special" decal at decalzone.com. There, you can make any decal you want. Go to their site and click on custom lettering and your there.
Cheap and easy. I don't have them on my car now. That was an old picture I had when I first bought it. I now have the Hurst emblem on the rear. The hood scoop says "330 hp Performance Pac". Went online to SLP Performance and got the 330 hp Power Pac Powerflo system and tuner/CAI. hhtp://www.Imperformance.com/5832/73.html

Got a new computer a while back and changed my username to "Mustang1". Have upgraded my ride with many pieces. Check it out under my new name "Mustang1".
