SOLD All original 1968 Mustang GT/CS California Special

I agree with Scott. My other GT/CS had a 289 and this one has about as much power as that one did. Yeah, the downside is it does have 6 cylinder, but the upside includes: *Saving over $3,000.00+ on a comparable V8 GT/CS that's for sale. And saving $ on gas especially when it is at $3.11 a...

    1968 Non Power Brakes

If a CS doesn't have power brakes and has 4 wheel drums can anything be done that is cost effective to improve braking? Like a brake booster? Thoughts?

1968 Progress Continues, Lime Gold GT/CS

The interior looks great. Amazing that back in the 60's and partially in the 70's a black interior was a rarety. Imagine seeing a red interior or lime green interior in a modern day car now.

SOLD All original 1968 Mustang GT/CS California Special

This is my 2nd GT/CS and I've been on this board for over 6 years (new username). This car is one of the cleanest, most original, rust free cars I've seen/owned. I'm shocked I still have it, but it's okay & it will continue to sit in the garage. I didn't know anything about its prior history...

1968 Thinking of buying my first Ford 1968 GT/CS

A Deal...Maybe I see it more as a money pit. You need to start with a car with good fundamentals and I'd want to know how much rust it has throughout.

SOLD All original 1968 Mustang GT/CS California Special

For sale is a 1968 Mustang GT/CS California Special. It is a very rare "T" code car (6 cylinder 200 cubic inch engine) with Power Steering and Factory A/C that blows cold. This car has been well taken care of with no rust and no resto parts and all original. It is a unmolested, numbers matching...

    1968 Magnum Wheels on GT-CS

    I assume you have a V8 versus a 6 cylinder. The 6's have 4 lug pattern.

    Getting ready to paint..

When you repaint a car and it looks shiney and new, the downside about it, is all the other parts look old and worn. So...be prepared to spend money on new (repro) exterior parts for your car, including rechroming bumpers and possibly replacing the glass on your car too, etc, etc. It all adds...
