One of my buddies in high school had a GT390 and he could stomp on the gas pedal and smoke both rear tires at 40 MPH. He claimed the thing was factory stock. I don't know if it was or not, but it sure made for a lot of fun.

I'm with Rob, looks like a torque monster. That thing should be a tire eater. My only real question is why did they start the dyno run at 2850 RPM? Personally I would like to see it down to at least 2k RPM or even off idle.

A passed on a better car in the Bay Area for 20k. I don't see this one as a 21k car. 15K maybe?

Oddly enough my research shows they go for a little less money than S code cars, although they are a little more rare. I think his asking price is in line with the value of the car. I'm going to look at it in a couple of weeks. Although he is not certain he still wants to sell. :icon_dead

Thanks Rob, we are working on price right now. I think it is a go as long as I can get him down on price. I'm just not going to pay too much for it knowing I need to put about 15k into it give or take. Although I am seeing a lot of these grade 4 cars posted at around 20k which I have no idea why...
