is this end suppose to have a wire connector connect to it? in my car it is just bare, nothing connect to it, just like the picture. This is a new one I bought, was going to replace the old one.

do I reach it from under the car? is it like under the air conditioning compressor? do I need to remove anything to get to it??

on a 302 engine, where will the oil pressure sending unit be?

Paul, I am thinking of doing the same thing, I heard FFR has a 2 day work shop where they show you how to do it right, are you going to that?

Fially got a chance to take the car to a brake shop, and find out nothing wrong with the master cylinder or the vacuum booster, but the engine still idle real fast, on my way to a engine shop, then all of a suddent, idle back to normal, I have a motorcraft caburator, I think the automatic choke...

Thanks for all the infor, yes the fast idle happened after he replaced the master cylinder. not sure if the mechanic bleed the M/C prior or after, but I think he should have, I will ask him.But first I am going to try some of the thing you mentioned. Thanks a lot Rob

Kind of soft after stepped on it, took it to a shop nearby, and he replaced a master cylinder, making it worse.also the engine runs at very high RPM at idle. as the car was sit there for about a year.

My HCS has some brakw problem, can someone recomand a good repair shop near Torrance /Gardena area??
