It's a C code, 289 ci., 2V engine, with power disc brakes. I've heard 155 '68 GT/CS were built with a 4 speed, but this one came with factory ac. Just wondering....thanks, guys. Oh, and yes, I like my steaks medium rare.:smile:

Just curious....how rare is a GT/CS with a 4 speed and factory air conditioning?

Found several of the Matchbox Lime Gold GT/CS (my color!) at my local Dollar tree before I read this post. I have an extra, if any one wants one. (Just pay the postage) They look great. I'll probably go back to the store to see if any are left tomorrow.

Good point, Cory. I lost my Dad when I was only four and am fortunate to have 3 great daughters and a son! I try to share my passions, including my love of the GT/CS with them, especially my son. The job of being a father is the second most difficult job, next to being a Mom! Enjoy the small...

I agree with Doug! Sometimes, I miss the change of seasons, but I sure don't miss that cold white stuff! Low of 48 and high of 74 here in So. Fla. Great weather for a drive!
