    1968 Radio Antenna position

That would be great. I would love to see some photos of the rear mount. Craig

    1968 Radio Antenna position

I have just finished the Right Hand drive conversion of my CS. I have a clean slate in regard to radio antenna position as the front right fender position is no good for driving a RHD car as it ends up in your driving line of sight so I had it removed. I am thinking if mounting it on the rear...

thanks for the pics. I do like my 12 slots with GT emblem but the 10 spokes are the way to go I think. Craig

1968 Car on front cover of 2010 calendar

My CS is Acapulco Blue and I am considering putting 10 spoke Shelby wheels and Radial T/As on her. I noticed the car on the front cover of the calendar has exactly this setup (maybe the colour is Brittany Blue but close) and I was wondering if there are any other photos of this car floating...

1968 Auto Trader Classics - Mustang and Ford article

I have heard that this months Auto Trader Classics magazine has a CS on the cover. I am sure you guys in the US are on top of this. I am in Australia and have been unable to get a copy. What I really want are the photos of the car with the shelby wheels as this is what I am considering for my...

    1968 Marchal Light covers?

I did a search of the forum and found a few references to the availability of plastic covers for the Marchal lights but most of the posts were pretty old. My GT/CS is a March 68 build with the Marchal lights. She is out to come out of her RHD conversion and resto and I don't want to get the...

    . Mustang & Ford GT/CS Cover Story - November 2009

Please scan, I would love to see the article given that I have an Acapulco Blue GT/CS here in Australia. I purchased it exactly 1 year ago today in Northern California and it's right hand drive conversion is almost complete. All mechanicals are done, engine is back in, all I need to finish is...

1968 Right Hand Drive Conversion Progress

My CS now has a dash and the steering column is fitted on the right hand side. Next is respraying the engine bay and then putting the engine and trans back. You will also notice that the brake pedal and the rest of the steering gear is also in. Craig

1968 Right Hand Drive Conversion Progress

Here are some more photos of the conversion. The firewall is finally back in. Notice the heater delete (the new modern A/C with heater will take care of that). You can also see where the cracked shock towers have been rewelded. The dash is almost all back in, still a bit of welding to go there...

1968 Your CS's Production Date in History

My wife was born on 1st March 1968, I was born on the 31st March 1968, and my CS was born in the middle on 20th March.

    1968 Bench Seat?

I am completely redoing the interior of my CS due to the RHD conversion. I have been considering fitting a bench seat in place of my buckets and console. How rare are bench seats in 68 Mustangs and any ideas on where I can source one? CraigB

1968 Note to self - Check the shock towers

During the RHD conversion to my J-Code CS it was found that both shock towers were cracked. CraigB

1968 Right Hand Drive Conversion Progress

It is going to be a semi daily drive. I have a 67 GTA convertible that is LHD and it is no good for day to day, a few days a month is about it at the moment, the LHD is OK and the vision is OK with the roof down but a bit too limiting for every day if the roof was up so the I decided to convert...

1968 Right Hand Drive Conversion Progress

There are even more minor things that I never originally considered but make a big difference. An example is the black gear locking button on the automatic gear changer, try pushing that in with your little finger. It is set up for your thumb on a LHD car. CraigB

1968 Right Hand Drive Conversion Progress

A few people have been asking me about the progress of my RHD conversion of my GT/CS. Below are a few images. The firewall and dash have been removed. If you look closely you will see the right hand steering box, pitman arm and tie rods. The wipers have also been moved over. The removed firewall...

    1968 "Stevenson" photo op...

What great photos, I have a Acapulco Blue CS and a Brittany Blue 67 GTA convertible. Sadly the two have never been together as the CS has been in getting her right and drive conversion since it arrived in Australia. I assume Renee's car is the correct Acapulco Blue? oz390gta

    1968 Editing the registry?

The GT/CS that I recently purchased is in the registry but it is under the owner who owned it 2 owners ago. I have more updated information for the record because of the Marti report. How do I go about updating the entry for my car to include this new information and also my details? oz390gta

1968 Photos of CS with Torque Thrust Wheels?

The Torque Thrust D's with the grey spokes were the ones I was thinking of, anyone got any photos of such wheels on a CS? Then again I love the Shelby 10 spokes. It will be a hard decision. CraigB

1968 Photos of CS with Torque Thrust Wheels?

The 15" Shelby's sounds like an interesting idea. Does anyone have any photos of a CS with the Shelby wheels? Are are right, they do seem to keep with the theme of the CS. Where these wheels a ford option of the period? CraigB
