1968 midland brake booster

hey guys I think I just lucked out....I didn,t know how hard it was to find a midland brake booster...for a 1968 mustang but I found one at autozone with a lifetime warranty its a A1 cardone part # 54-76201...I,m so happy I found one...but I have one question.. how do you adjust the rod that's on the booster that goes to the master cylinder ? please help

To adjust, the tip on the rod should thread on. That is the adjustment.

You need to make a template, a "U" shape that sits over the base and over the rod, and adjust the length of the rod to 0.989-0.995" from the face of the filter plate to the tip of the rod....
