It's sorta hard to give you an idea given the short description and one picture but...

You can get an idea of sales prices from a few sources...
(1) Nada Guide on-line
http://www.nadaguides.com/Classic-Cars/1968/Ford/Mustang-California-Special/2-Door-Hardtop/Values

(2) Hagerty insurance (to get more info you need to register)
https://www.hagerty.com/apps/valuationtools/search/auto/Ford/Mustang/California_Special/1968?type=5

(3) Go through the ads in the Classified Ads forum on this website. You get a good idea of asking prices and you can get some idea of sales prices (eg auctions and ebay) when the cars sold. That forum only goes back so far but if you do a search for "for sale" on the site you can find sales going back even further.

You will probably get as many opinions about the quality of the above information sources as there are members on this site...

But, I gotta say, you currently own one of the best styled cars ever made *and* it's a **Mustang** and you want to go and sell it so you can buy a Porsche... geez...

Not enough info to really estimate selling estimate. All I can tell by the post is its a 289 with P/S.
Photos are a big help, and the VIN would allow bringing up the Marti Report for the list of any included options.
Based on current market, condition, options, etc., I can only guess $17K to $30K range. I know that's quite a spread in guesstimated value. Need more info.
