4 Speeds Available??

I have recently become interested in finding a nice classic Mustang and really like the CS cars. I was wondering if anyone knows of any nice manual transmission CS's that are not projects. Thanks!!

I can tell you that 962 California Specials were made with the J -code 302 4v engine and only 218 were 4 speed. I spent 4 years trying to find a genuine 4 speed GT/CS placing wanted ads in this forum and also on other forums.There are probably a few of 289 4 speed available and a few S -codes too but are very very rare and $$$$. Place a wanted ad here and see whats available out there. Hope it helps!!

I have attached a link of one for sale here in Australia on ebay. It is a j code and says its a manual. Cost of shipping from the states to oz is about 3k au. May be the same return. Depends what lengths you wish to go to get one

There is also Rich's old 3-speed J-code. Last I saw it was on eBay.

658 with automatic.
218 with 4 speed manual.
86 with 3 speed manual.
