The part that is highlighted in your photo pulled from the ad isn't the section that shows whether it's true GT/CS or not. California Special is normally listed in the options section below there.
The seller has a Deluxe Marti report and took a picture of it for the ad, too. But it's so small I can't read if it's a Cal Spec. Still, I would give him the benefit of the doubt, given that it will be right there on the Marti report. Looks legit enough, albeit somewhat pricey given the condition.
