I bought new wiring and the RH feed is for a convenience group (two pin plug) and not standard gas gauge. Will this matter or will I be ok to use it with a standard gas gauge?

There is no difference in fuel gauges with low fuel.
What is RH feed?

Not sure what the Mustang harness looks like, but low fuel plugs for the low fuel sending units are molded for the two prongs, unlike the single boot style for standard sending units.

Scott you are right. I meant the sending units. I have a standard sending unit, but have the right hand feed/lead wire that is for the convenience group (two pronged). Can I use the standard sender with the convenience group wiring? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1376021829.325422.jpg

Shouldn't be a problem as long as it is plugged into the correct side of the plug.

That's kind of what I was thinking and since there is only one female port I figured even I couldn't screw it up. :)
