Holley was headed towards bankruptcy back in 2010. I'm glad they got out of that.

Evidently MSD did go bankrupt in 2013, hence, the sale.

I wonder what's going to happen to overlap products such as EFI. Holley will now have 3 TBI product lines: MSD Atomic, Terminator, Sniper. I doubt they will continue development along all three lines...
