1968 Mustang Illustrated project special

Hello Cory,

Have not purchased your book but looked through the preview and it looks amazing! there were a couple pics of the project special Mustang Illustrated was restoring when they closed down the magazine. Do you have info on what happened to that particular car?

Scott, I own Project Something Special. I sold it to Bob McClurg in 1993 and it was used in the magazine. I purchased it back from Bob in 2005 and have since completed a Concours restoration on the car. I will post pics later. I am at work and don't have access to my pics here. Thanks for remembering the articles.
