Has any body had the rear quarter windows rechromed or replated? How do you take the wearher stripping off around the frams? What about the window rollers?

I took mine apart but have not had them rechromed yet. For better or worse I drilled the window roller pins out. I don't remember having any issues with the weather stripping. Looking forward to others answers on this one.
