The best way is to contact Paul directly. You can find some info about contacting him in the forum posts, as it is scheduled to come out shortly. We've pre-ordered one of his books and will have our GT/CS listed in the registry in this edition, so we're looking forward to seeing this new edition.

I'm not sure if I responded to your message about the fog lights already, but I do already have a set that I bought last year. I just haven't re-installed them yet, but we're hoping to do that later this spring or summer.
