Bullitt or GT/CS... what to do, what to do

Understandable, excessive HP isnt my thing either but I have always liked the older BOSS models so that would just be my personal choice. But even above that I would want the new Challenger.. wouldnt be able to afford either right now though lol

    Radiators

anyone know the best place to buy?

    Radiators

the more cores, the more cooling I think..I think the cores are just the number of seperated sections of the radiator for water to flow through. Really depends on which route you want to go.. originality or performance. I think 2 core was OEM but 4 core is way better. Also make sure you get one...

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

Took the car home to my Dad's this weekend and it officially was worth every penny.. I was worried at first but after he gave her a little tuning it is perfect. Idle was a little off due to a vacuum hose. Was overheating because of a fricken $10 radiator cap lol. I elated with this car... I love it!

    Winter storage suggestions

My Dad has an 06' GT.. he usually just gives it a good last cleaning, the car goes onto jack-stands, plugs exhaust (no random animals), and places an oscilating fan in front and in back of the car to keep the air circulating and keeps moisture from settling on the car. Might be overkill but it...

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

thanks! I would have wanted to kill myself if I had to drive that car from coast to coast. I was stopping every 20 minutes to let it cool down. So it would have taken me a month to drive accross the country. I am hoping for the 5 dollar part problem lol.. as of right now I dont know what the...

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

Yea it wasnt a complete barn find or anything but it might as well have been as little as it was supposedly driven. I found it in Greenfield, IN.. just East of Indianapolis. It is a wonderful car, just wasnt the way I wanted to spend 5 hours that I could have been sleeping. She got me home...

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

Interior is black, found it in Indiana. I am from Columbus, OH...but I will say this.. dont try and drive a "barn" car 250mi in one trip when it has only been driven 500 miles in 10 years. Last night was NOT pretty. I left Indiana at 10pm and didnt get home until 3am. Car wouldnt stop...

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

thanks for all the welcomes and compliments on the car.. where do you guys buy all your parts etc for your GT/CS's? it doesnt really need anything but there are a couple things that I want to change to make it appear more original, example being the steering wheel.

My first Mustang: 1968 Mustang GT/CS

it doesnt have a lot option wise. power steering, power brakes, and A/C.. about it I think. It was restored 10 years ago but is stil n wonderful condition. Maybe a few paint chips but nothing bad at all. Not original color, was Brittany Blue with Blue interior. I will probably change it back...
