The photographer figured out the blue color does not work well with the cover they are planning. Sooooo they are going to use my 68.5 Cobra Jet fastback for the cover instead (they used my 68 Gold coupe for the current catalog). Photo shoot is this Sunday. :grin:

there are even some with a Dallas Texas DSO (not many).

He has the engine tag bolted in the wrong place, it should be under the coil.

looks like a insert on top of a original or aftermarket export brace. looks CNC'ed to me.

good luck and open your wallet wide. Are your tanks in unrepairable condition? If they are good then go to a radiator shop and have them put those tanks on a modern mid section.

bad headlight switch? maybe the little metal piece that contacts the round part of the switch is bent so it only contacts it when it is turned all the way towards the interior light part. take it out and look at it, it is a fairly simple mechanisim.

this seller only has 115 points on Ebay so every negative shows up as a full point off his percentage. He has not had a negative in over a year. I say his feedback is not really that bad. The little bit that I talked by email to the seller I got the impression he is a alright guy.

in the picture on the auction there is a black plate in the middle of the console. We used this spot to fabricate a aluminum plate for the NOS switches on my 66. I cannot tell you the amount of times people have looked in the car and said "Man, you got NNNAAWWWSSS on that thing?"

he wants to get in the low 20's for it. I asked. Car seems fairly good, as all cars need SOME kind of tweaking to be 100% correct. I bet there are less than 25 CS's with the convenience control group, very rare option in 68 Mustangs let alone CS's. the grill looks wrong to me as well.

I have one in my 66 and it looks great. If you are going non original I highly suggest getting one.
