1968 68 GT with drum brakes?

I am going by memory but it seams that all 67 gt's had dics. In 68 they were optonal on small blocks but mandatory on big blocks. When I have time I'll check to be sure but I think that is the way it was. Marty

    Trunk Weatherstrip

Yes that is the one. It is the same profile as the Mustang one but has more holes in it making it less dense. All so if you want to be concours correct use the yellow weather strip adhesive and the joint goes in the center rear.

    Trunk Weatherstrip

There is certainly is a difference. I started with a Drake for a 67-68 Mustang and could not even get close to closing the trunk. I then tryed a Carpenter 67-68 Mustang seal. I got it to close but was not happy with the lid to end cap alinement. I took the car to a freind who rebuilds Shelbys...

1968 My GT/CS in California Auto Museum

Here are two 67s that I have judged. The first is a 67 S code four speed with competition handling option. A S code with no power steering I bet it is a joy to park. The second is a 67 fastback K code four speed with the competition handling opetion. Both are beautifully restored. Note the 15...
