Nada Price Values Gt/cs & Hcs

the default option (no engines checked) is the 289. Do it with the 302 and it gives you a +10% for it compared to the 289 with no bonus. I wish people would use that to judge how much to pay for my 289 that is for sale. $29900 for a high retail 289 with AC. mine seems like a bargain at 24k...

My 390 CS got second at the Autorama show....updated with picture

Good news. My 390 CS got second in the 68-72 Altered Restored class at the Houston Autorama. I was in the altered class because of the aftermarket AC I added. When I got to the show on Wednesday I was concerned since they put on my card that I was in the 49-72 Altered Restored class. I...

    California Special verses the Shelby

Russ I pretty much agree with you except for this statement: From what I have read and have heard many times it was Ford that came to Shelby because Ford wanted to add some muscle/image and stimulate sales. Am I wrong in this statement?

getting are cars signed by shelby

small problem with that is a 68 glove box is tilted so no one could see it. I have my 66 glovebox signed and you can't miss it. You can mail any car part into his office and he will sign it for a $200 donation to his charity.

Interesting story about a original owner CS and hood pins

mike the CS with the missing hood pins was not the one we were talking about for sale. This person owns 2 CS's and while talking about the one for sale he brought up the one without hood pins. :surrender

Interesting story about a original owner CS and hood pins

I could care less HOW it was done but rather my point was that she drove home a CS from a dealer without hood pins. If you saw a CS without hood pins what is the first thing you would think of? front end damage? Last thing you would think of is a customer requesting the hood pins taken off.

Interesting story about a original owner CS and hood pins

Was talking to someone about a CS and he told me of a story about a original owner that had the hood pins removed and filled in AT THE DEALER in 68. She did not like the hood pins and had the dealer fill them in and repaint the hood before taking it home. This person saw a picture of the...

    2 more GT/CS`s For Sale, One is a 390

looking closer at the gold car it seems they have replaced a few interior items (instrument bezel, wheel/wheelpad and taillight bezels are replacement because of the black on them and incorrect color grill moldings).

    2 more GT/CS`s For Sale, One is a 390

the gold 390 looks like he has the 2bbl intake in the trunk. Maybe converted to a 4bbl? at 23k for full asking price it SEEMS like a decent deal. I assume you could get it for 21k. Canada car that I talked to the guy about is a S code and in the 96 Registry. Overall it sounds like a 7.5 to...
