    Question About Hood Pins

Yeah well I think I will be starting with the "smaller" hammer first. I shot a little WD-40 on it this afternoon. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll see if I can free it up.

    Question About Hood Pins

Thanks Neil. I did notice the slots where the bolts are and figured that was how the adjustment should be made, but it is very reluctant to move. I will have another attempt. Steve

    Question About Hood Pins

I just acquired a GT/CS. The hood pin on the left will not lock down and I believe the problem is that the bracket with the lockdown point is too low. I took the three small bolts out of the bracket, but cannot get it to move. Is there a trick to adjusting it up? Thanks very much.

For Sale '68 GT/CS up in BC Canada

Spoke to the owner. He bought the car out of SF, and it had 50,000 miles then. He says that the car sat for quite a while and the engine needed to be regasketed and he decided to have it rebuilt at the same time. It is rebored 30 over. Car looks really good. Thinking very...

    Carpet Cleaning

If I may suggest...before you apply a hot iron you might want to go in the opposite direction. If you can apply cold to it you might be able to make the adhesive brittle enough that you can get it out of the carpet. Take a bag of frozen peas or corn and put it on the affected spot. Leave it...
